SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. As inflation increases and decreases, shipping fees will change to reflect current shipping carrier rates. Shall a rate change in the process of your order, you will be notified for a price adjustment. Your order will be shipped to the address on your order after payment is received. It’s imperative that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.


No refunds will be issued for packages that have delivery modifications implemented by the customer and the shipping carrier. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays or weather. Please adhere and read the Order Processing Timeframes before placing an order.

Tracking number will be given out after order has been sent. Please track package. If there is a delay in processing time, you will be notified by customer service. Due to COVID-19, there may delays beyond our control so we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur within the shipping carriers’ network.

RETURN POLICY

 

All exchanges or returns of any kind are prohibited.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. All products are not refundable or returnable and may not be exchanged.

All bundles, closure, frontal order that I don’t have on hand processing is 7-10 working business days  All wigs are custom made and processing is 10-15 working business days.
