Processing takes up 10 working business days not including the day you ordered. This includes bundles and wigs. We also have hair on hand.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

If you are ordering hair for your appointment be sure to place order 7 working business days prior to your appointment.

Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

Our virgin human hair last up to 5 years if properly maintained.

Yes. Our hair is 100% virgin human hair so it can take bleach, straightening, dye and curls really well. We do recommend going to a professional stylist for any of these services.
